I hate Broad Head Arrow. I just use Distracting Shot and Savage Shot for interrupts and Barrage Splinter Weapon for a ton of AoE damage. Barrage/Splinter are pretty spammable. Use [skill=text]Needling Shot[/skill] to finish them off.

The new hot fad (which isn't really that new) is the turret ranger. It's basically just using Prep shot and spamming sundering/penetrating shot with some sort of IAS. The prep is normally rtw and people often save the optional slots for a stance and an interrupt.
